We recommend payment via direct ban transfer. The packing and shipping time depends on the type and quantity of the products. A rule of thumb is to expect 7-10 days for procurement and 2-5 days post that for delivery. You can get in touch with our executives for more information on product-wise expected arrival time.

We recommend submitting all shipping information at least 10 days prior to the shipment date. This will ensure there are no issues (especially with international shipments). If shipping information is sent on the day of shipment, your order will risk being delayed.

We can deliver either to your offices across India and globally, or even to the individual recipients of the products directly to their homes across India and the world.

We work with trusted partners who ship products to us from their warehouses across India. In some cases, the product may be imported for you depending on your needs.

If the recipient rejects the package or it was sent to a bad address, the package will be returned to warehouse inventory. You will then be able to re-ship the package, if needed.

You may share sizes on your end, or we can recommend a standard distribution for you.

We are only able to process orders of 30 packs or more. Less than minimum orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
